This role will report to the SVP, Business Transformation and work closely with Sales, Client Solutions Management, Delivery Ad Operations, Retail Business Owners, Accounting & Finance, Product, Onboarding, and Analytics, Yield & Business Intelligence. **** This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office if located within 1-hour of an Epsilon or Publicis office location. If the candidate is located outside of the Tampa Bay area, they should expect to travel in for training and at least 2-4x annually ongoing, as needed.Innovate with purpose:

Who You AreWhat youll bring with you:Experience and hands on knowledge in retail media, eCommerce and digital advertising.Experience in Salesforce and Placements.io, and or similar CRM and OMS systems. Customer Relationship Management and Order Management.2-3+ years in a system admin style role related to the tools noted above, or similar tools.Experience managing a ticketing interface and actioning / solutioning end user requests.In-depth understanding of the MS Office product suite.Self-starter with excitement to create a team advised by exisiting leadership and enhanced by your experience.High level of customer service and client engagement.Ability to elicit a strong sense of confidence and build rapport across many levels of the organization.A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills.The excitement to play an important role in a growth focused global company through a team-oriented, positive approach.Strong organization skills proving the ability to prioritize and ensure deadlines are met.Professional level written and verbal communication skills.Ability to receive direction from multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Open-minded attitude and a drive to support positive change within the organization.Why you might stand out from other talent:Strong presence and voice of reason to the teams experiencing change.Motivated to influence efficiency and change.Experience with order to cash workflow.
