POSITION
AllSci is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to help launch its platform in 2024. This individual will work with the executive team to identify audiences, develop and execute marketing and communications strategies, and help position the company and product in the competitive landscape. Experience with scientific publications is required for this role.
Product Launch & Growth
Identify and segment customersDevelop and execute innovative strategies to seed the market, creating early buzz and engagement among target users in the scientific and academic communitiesAssist in the planning and execution of product launch activities, ensuring they align with the overall GTM strategy and company objectives. Coordinate across teams to deliver a unified and impactful launchBuild and nurture a community of early adopters and brand advocates through strategic outreach, engaging content, and personalized communicationDesign and implement creative promotional campaigns that effectively communicate AllSci's unique value propositions and benefits, driving anticipation and user sign-ups pre-launch and post-launchPR & Media
Create partnerships with opinion leaders and influencers to build brand awarenessEngage the scientific press through white papers, blog postsMaintain social media presenceOwn and maintain the AllSci corporate websiteEvents
Work with conference providers to secure speaking opportunities at major conferencesAct as a key representative at both events and industry gatherings, effectively communicating AllSci's value and benefits to a diverse audience, from potential customers to industry peersHandle logistical aspects of event participation, including booth setup, marketing materials, and technology requirements, ensuring a professional presence and seamless interaction with attendeesStrategy
Work with executive team to convert users from freemium to premium services, including tailored messaging and value proposition enhancementsDesign and execute A/B tests for email marketing campaigns to optimize user engagement and conversion ratesWork with product team to design and implement organic growth strategy to drive users to AllSci platformWork closely with product, sales, and technical teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and product roadmapsConduct competitive analysis and help position brand within the product landscapeMeasurement
Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to inform strategic decisions and report on marketing ROI, with a strong proficiency in quantitative analysis and data visualization toolsUtilize survey tools like Qualtrics to gather meaningful customer insights and feedback, aiding in customer testing and marketing strategyExperience
5+ years' experience in Marketing roleDeep knowledge of and network in the life science communityFamiliarity with Salesforce, digital marketing/social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g. Google analytics)Experience in managing and growing social media platforms, using them as effective tools for engagement and promotionDemonstrated high-quality, compelling content for various marketing channels, strong writing and editing skills with an ability to tailor messages for different audiences
