Product/Apparel Designer 4 Beaverton, OR 8 months contract Apparel Product Designer - Specialized 4 is focused on ideation & future vision for the women's running athlete* and consumer. As a cut & sew expert generating new ways of thinking through performance products that result in competitive advantages growth opportunities. Develops ideas that are consistent with the women's design ethos and vision by collaborating creative cross functional partners. Advanced knowledge of the consumer, business, and performance requirements, develops insights which feed into the design of advanced product concepts using new technologies or construction processes. Delivers proof of concept by turning new product visions into reality. Identifies advanced skills in product construction materials and processes. Individual meets complex challenges with imaginative state of the art approaches supported by feasible solutions. Clearly and concisely communicates the knowledge required and best practices, storytelling, and narrative building for women's running product. Demonstrate adaptability in assisting others to enhance overall team performance. Work collaboratively with all team members to foster a positive and inclusive environment. Requires a Bachelors Degree and of 8+ years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 6 yrs; Masters + 7 yrs; Associates degree + 9 yrs; High School + 10 yrs.
