The SEO Specialist will play a vital role in enhancing Vertical Builders' online presence by optimizing the company’s website, ensuring top search engine rankings, and improving social media visibility. The SEO Specialist will collaborate with the Marketing Manager, President, and Sales departments to develop and implement effective SEO strategies, assist with special events, and contribute to marketing content creation. This is a great opportunity to directly contribute to the growth of the company.

$60,000 - $70,000

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve Vertical Builders' search engine rankings and increase website traffic. 
• Build and present analytics reports, site audits, keyword analysis reports, and competitive analysis reports to the sales and marketing team.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for improved SEO performance
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and apply insights to improve content visibility.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align SEO strategies with broader marketing goals.
• Generate and present detailed SEO performance reports, site audits, keyword analysis, and competitor analysis to stakeholders.
• Work with Marketing Manager to develop engaging social media ads, posts, e-blasts, blogs, and home listings.

• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
• Experience with keyword research tools, Google Analytics, and SEO reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and guide strategy effectively.
• Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
• Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Communications preferred
