Position Overview

We’re seeking a design professional who thrives in dynamic environments where priorities shift rapidly. The ideal Graphic Designer combines technical skills with a collaborative spirit, proactively supporting team members during busy periods while maintaining consistent attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities

• Create compelling packaging, marketing materials, and digital assets that showcase our product lines.
• Manage simultaneous projects without sacrificing quality or deadlines.
• Proactively redistribute workload and assist team members during peak periods.
• Execute technical production tasks from concept development through file preparation.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and effectively within accelerated timeframes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Sales teams to align design solutions with business objectives.
• Communicate with print vendors to ensure technical specifications are followed throughout production.
• Contribute ideas during team brainstorming sessions and design reviews while remaining receptive to direction.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong design fundamentals with an eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Advanced Photoshop skills, particularly for product renderings and photo manipulation
• Understanding of packaging mechanics and print production processes
• Experience preparing production-ready files to technical specifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 3+ years of experience, preferably in Packaging or Print Production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment
