As an Assistant Vice President (AVP), Marketing, you will lead high-impact marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital channels. This is a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, including content creation, graphic design, marketing analytics, and cross-channel promotions. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and partnerships. Lead B2B & B2C marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Be hands-on in content creation, including marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and advertising creatives. Manage multi-channel marketing efforts, including brand storytelling, public relations, and digital presence. Oversee campaign performance & analytics, ensuring data-driven decisions to optimize marketing effectiveness. Collaborate with sales teams and business units to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting innovative marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge. Experience: 10+ years in marketing, branding, advertising. Education: Local university graduate is preferred. Qualifications: Strong expertise in both traditional and digital marketing strategies. Proven ability to develop and execute B2B & B2C marketing campaigns. Hands-on experience in creative development, including graphic design, video production, and content creation. Strong storytelling & communication skills, with experience in brand positioning and PR. Proficiency in marketing analytics, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization. Self-motivated, resourceful, and willing to be hands-on in all aspects of marketing execution. Passion for social media, creative content, and innovative marketing trends. Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives that drive business impact. Work on diverse marketing strategies, from digital to traditional channels. Be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
