As Toastique’s Community and Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our brand’s connection to local communities, digital audiences, and influencers nationwide. Your mission is to amplify our brand presence by cultivating authentic partnerships, executing community-driven initiatives, and supporting franchisees to enhance their local visibility. You will help lead our influencer strategy, foster brand collaborations, and drive awareness through online and offline experiences. Additionally, you’ll assist franchise owners with strategic partnerships, activations, and social media alignment.
This role is based at the Union Market Office (325 Morse St NE) and requires working 2-4 days a week once fully onboarded, depending on event schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement influencer strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across Toastique markets.
- Identify, vet, and onboard local micro and macro influencers.
- Manage influencer relationships and campaigns from outreach to reporting.
- Engage with influencer and brand ambassador partners via Toastique’s social media profiles.
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, on-brand content.
- Track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Lead the planning and promotion of in-store and community events.
- Represent Toastique at community activations and pop-ups in D.C. and Northern Virginia.
- Support the development of Toastique’s brand ambassador program.
- Build relationships with local wellness communities and lifestyle partners.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to amplify content.
- Partner with store teams and franchisees for hyperlocal marketing opportunities.
- Contribute to monthly content planning.
- Assist in creating marketing toolkits for franchisees.
- Coordinate influencer outreach for new store openings and campaigns.
Minimum Requirements:
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook) and trends.
- Experience managing long-term social media and influencer campaigns.
- Ability to handle multiple projects across markets.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking to generate innovative brand ideas.
- Knowledge of social media KPIs and analytics.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Basic skills in photo and video editing (e.g., CapCut, TikTok, Instagram Reels).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience.
