Overview
You will play an integral role in the day to day management and execution of social strategy across multiple social media accounts, with a focus on creating content and community management. We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate both the brand's messaging as well as overall aesthetic!
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including publishing and community managementWork directly with social strategist to implement and execute overall social strategySource and create a variety of engaging content that aligns with the brands messaging and aestheticCreate content briefs for graphic design needsSource and manage UGC creator relationsReal time community management and active engagement across multiple platformsMaintaining brand voice and tone in posting, captions, and community interactionsQualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred3+ years of relevant social media experienceFamiliarity with social media publishing, analytics, and listening toolsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), Google Drive Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and video editing software such as CapCut.Experience and proficiency in a variety of content creation areas for both video and staticStrong ability to write, edit and deliver a brand voice and tone including via captions and community managementExperience with and a strong understanding of a variety of social media platformsExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environmentProactive and resourceful, Highly organized with strong project management skillsStrong commitment to maintaining industry best practicesOther details
