Responsibilities
Assist in the development, execution and monitoring of the company's brand strategy, specializing in social and digital channelsManage all company social media accounts and develop and publish relevant content in-line with company social media strategy; respond to engagement in a professional and timely mannerPlace social media ads in line with marketing strategy, reporting to management on ROIManage Google My Business accounts ensuring accuracy in listings and respond to Google reviews, consulting with management as necessaryGather and analyze data from Google Analytics and SEO management software to help shape future marketing strategiesMake edits to company websites and third party listing sites as neededWrite compelling titles and descriptions for units with goal of qualified lead generationAssist with the creation of new property branding, including logos, copy, fonts and colorsDevelop and create print materials, such as brochures and business cardsBrainstorm with team members to develop and execute creative ideas that increase resident engagement and loyalty, liaising with third party vendors to execute successfullyAssist with writing and distributing company press releases, news articles, resident- and employee-facing communicationsCreate, manage and adhere to annual marketing budgetsRequirements
Graduate degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field1+ years of experience in social media marketing1+ years of experience with Adobe SuiteStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple projects at a timeSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionWorking knowledge of SEO and Google AnalyticsExperience in the real estate industry preferred
