Full-Time Newport Beach, CA Are you a storyteller, strategist, and social media rockstar with a passion for digital culture and luxury lifestyle? Do you obsess over content performance, community growth, and turning followers into loyal customers? We’re a high-growth e-commerce company seeking an experienced Social Media Growth Manager to take our social channels to the next level. We want someone who can turn social into a true sales engine —not just a vanity channel. What You'll Do : Own the social strategy and execution across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to significantly increase followers, engagement, and conversions Concept, create, and schedule engaging, platform-native content that connects with both luxury watch enthusiasts and new customers Collaborate closely with in-house creative, e-commerce, and email teams to align messaging across all digital touchpoints Monitor social performance and adjust strategy in real-time based on analytics Lead community engagement: responding to comments, messages, and cultivating a loyal following Partner with influencers, creators, and brand collaborators in the luxury and lifestyle spaces Keep a pulse on trends, memes, and real-time opportunities to keep the brand culturally relevant What You Bring : 5+ years managing social media for premium / luxury brands, e-commerce companies, or social-first agencies Proven track record growing and managing large social followings—especially Instagram and TikTok Demonstrated success creating viral or trending social campaigns that drove real engagement and/or revenue Strong creative eye for storytelling, visuals, and short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.) Experience turning social media into a measurable revenue driver (DM sales, social shopping, link-in-bio funnels, etc.) Deep understanding or genuine interest in luxury watches (Rolex, Omega, Patek, etc.) Ability to manage content calendars, influencer campaigns, and performance reporting with minimal oversight Agency experience preferred—exposure to a variety of strategies and verticals is a big plus Hands-on experience with tools like Later, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Meta Business Manager, and/or Sprout Social This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital culture, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is ready to step into a high-ownership role.
