Marketing Manager - Drive Sonic Healthcare USA’s Brand Forward
Are you a dynamic marketing leader with a passion for shaping innovative strategies in the healthcare industry? Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our integrated marketing strategy. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in both B2B and B2C healthcare services, including laboratory, pathology, and patient outreach services.
Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will:
- Develop and execute best-in-class marketing programs that align with strategic business goals.
- Create and manage content strategies, external communications, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to build cohesive brand experiences.
- Manage budgets, marketing operations, and event planning to ensure seamless execution.
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with deep experience in today’s modern healthcare marketing ecosystem—someone who understands how to connect with both physician and patient audiences through targeted, results-driven marketing. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll also serve as the in-house brand strategist, helping shape Sonic Healthcare USA’s future growth and engagement.
EDUCATION:
- A bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field is required.
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 8+ years of experience in a Marketing role developing content and implementing marketing campaigns in a B2B and B2C healthcare environment.
- Laboratory and diagnostic medicine or life sciences industry experience or related healthcare services preferred.
- Experience in marketing patient outreach service locations.
- Experience in go-to-market strategy, campaign design and execution.
- Experience in data analytics and dashboard creation.
- Experience in graphic design, video animation and working with a CMS preferred.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint.
- Excellent writing, communication, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research, analytics and reporting capability.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills required.
- Creative/critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
- Occasional travel required.
