Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Producer to join our Gaming client's dynamic team in Santa Monica, CA. This role requires onsite presence three times a week.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality gaming products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure clear communication and documentation of project progress.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in game production or similar roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
