Job Description
The Sr Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing our digital marketing strategy. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, this is a leadership position to lead all aspects of our digital marketing including ABM, inbound, email, digital advertising, marketing operations and our website. The Sr Manager must be able to effectively promote our solutions to potential customers across a variety of digital channels. This position requires a candidate comfortable with both strategic thinking and operationalizing marketing tactics in a collaborative environment dedicated to the communities we serve.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to meet digital pipeline generation and revenue goals
Manage a team of full-time employees and agency partners
Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, events, brand, communications and BDRs to coordinate, deliver and measure digital marketing campaigns
Oversee website, SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics and Google Ad activities
Continuously monitor data and key metrics to optimize effectiveness and pipeline contribution
Oversee MarTech and lead flow processes to ensure consistent delivery, tracking and follow-through of MQLs by the BDR and Sales teams
Skills & Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
5-7 years of experience in a B2B marketing environment
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, ABM, retargeting and automation best practices
Proficient with modern B2B MarTech stack – WordPress, Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Google Analytics, etc
Self-starter with a bias towards action, results, visibility and well-managed projects
Demonstrated exceptional people leader, organization and communications skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Public safety, public administration or state and local government technology experience
SaaS or cloud-based technology experience
Hands-on experience with Demandbase, 6sense or similar platform
Remote experience
