The Corporate Communications Specialist defines, designs, coordinates and implements corporate level communications and standard operating procedures. The CCS evaluates, maintains, monitors, and edits communications submitted for corporate issues and works closely with various departments to ensure messages are delivered clearly and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Construct and maintain content for web pages, as directedEstablish, update, and manage the organization's email alias distribution listsManage content within a web content management system (e.g., SharePoint, Site Works)Draft, edit, and publish materials and corporate-level briefings (e.g., PowerPoint) and publicationsDraft and maintain briefings (e.g., Newcomer briefing) and briefing archiveProvide briefing standardization, classification, and format review for communications productsDesign, develop, and provide document control on Government web pages using web content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Site Works)Design, develop, and assist in managing content for web pages and web content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Site Works)Analyze internal and external customer requirements to ensure communications needs are metModify media communications and prepare written, visual, audible, and other mediaAssist in managing the Newcomer Orientation / Check-in Process / Checkout ProcessCompile and distribute Weekly Activity Reports (WAR)Coordinate/facilitate the briefings at the leadership levelEnsure briefings are hyperlinked and available for leadership reviewCollates Readiness Assessment (RA) input, enters data into the RA tool, and edits narratives for leadership reviewCompiles, adjusts, and publishes the monthly schedule for the daily operational standupPrepares required "read-ahead" packages for important leadership meetings and briefingsMeet level 2 requirements for MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePointMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:An active and current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required to be considered for this workBachelor's Degree in Communications or English or a directly related field (Four (4) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree)At least six (6) years of technical or editorial writing experience.Four (4) years of experience working in an Intelligence Community (IC) environmentTwo (2) years experience in SharePoint content management.
