Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $30
Up to 40 hours a week or more
General AccountabilitiesManage the overall content lifecycle, from creation and editing through approvals, publishing, measurement, curation, and maintenance
Create and maintaining an aligned content and campaign calendar that schedules and tracks assets and campaigns
Assist in ensuring a consistent brand voice across customer touchpoints
Facilitate the creation of assets that support and optimize our customer journey
Drive strategic alignment and workflow efficiency
Compile and consider data, including target audience, personas, messaging, competitive information, customer feedback and campaign results to inform content strategy
Provide operational support for content creation, including engaging participants and managing meeting and resource schedules, workflows, and deadlines
Support and evangelize corporate brand and content governance practices
Work collaboratively with business analysts to report on content measurement and make recommendations for optimizing quality, processes, and channels
Assist in tracking and reconciling the marketing budget, including PO creation, vendor relations, facilitating contract reviews with our legal team, and recording invoice and payment details
Contribute to a positive and collaborative environment that encourages information sharing, team-based success, and a strong focus on results
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing
Content creation and lifecycle management experience
Experience aligning SEO strategy and content production
Exceptional project management skills & highly organized
Highly adaptable to changing priorities
Comfortable presenting to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Familiarity with digital marketing tactics
Possess strong skills in excel & PowerPoint
Other Experiences:
Technology industry experience, with preference given to security industry knowledge
Familiarity with B2B sales funnels and the ability to map content to the customer journey
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $30.00 - $35.00 Per Hour
