Drive and execute GTM launch programs for new product and service updates, working closely with Product, Partnerships, and Marketing to develop product positioning and key external messaging to be used across Client Success, Client Marketing, and Sales
Drive and execute product demos and education for Collective Health internally to update our teams and externally to inform our clients, making it easy for external-facing teams to understand our product roadmap and offerings, key positioning, messaging, and product vision
Serve as an advocate for our Client Sales and Client Success teams, demonstrating broad understanding of and empathy for our client experience
Be the trusted partner to Client Marketing, making sure our Product Marketing output is in concert with the Client Marketing strategy and programming, and collaborating on larger initiatives, when necessary
Embed with specific teams to support the development of strategically meaningful projects that require an in-depth understanding of client, member, and industry requirements
Be a partner to the insights and data science teams to generate break-through quantitative, qualitative, and competitive insights
Stay up-to-date on the general industry and technology trends, and competitive landscape and in doing so ensure the team can communicate key differentiators of our products and identify opportunities for future growth
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
5+ years of product marketing experience, specifically handling B2B products, BtoC a plus
2+ years of experience working with/for a health insurance broker or consultant, payer or provider
Experience working with product teams, sales, and client success teams, and influencing product strategy
Consistent track record working collaboratively and across multiple teams and projects to take new products and features to the market
Strong understanding of SaaS and mobile technologies; Health/Medical benefits, insurance, navigation of care a plus
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a remarkable attention to detail, experience crafting sales collateral/presentations preferred
Strong technical literacy with ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to a wide variety of audiences
Resourceful, accountable, and able to roll-up your sleeves while working in a highly ambiguous environment
Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view
Thrives in a high-paced, intense but informal start-up environment
Pay Transparency StatementThis is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Plano, TX) or two days per week (all other locations). #LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
