The
Graphic and Motion Designer
works across a wide range of communication media including social media, UX, digital, and environmental. They work closely with a cross-disciplinary team of directors, designers, content creators, product managers, and strategists to create unique and dynamic consumer experiences and bring innovative content to life.
We'd love to connect with designers who have worked on all phases of the creative design process, from brainstorming and concept formulation through final editing and production; understand how strategy drives creative direction, guides inspiration, and generates the core ideas that inform coherent concepts across a wide range of mediums.
The ideal candidate is either a Graphic Designer with experience in motion graphics and animation, especially UX and UI animation, OR they are an experienced Motion Designer with a background in graphic design. This role will be tasked with creating both static and moving deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create a wide range of content to support brand, product, UX, web, and marketing initiatives.Translate brand strategy, research insights, and rationale into cohesive design and motion, with a focus on the needs of consumers.Collaborate with our creative team to execute content strategies that drive engagement and reflect current trends.Participate in brainstorming sessions, envision ideas, help communicate concepts, and take direction and feedback from creative directors and account leads.Engage with other internal disciplines (3D, Product) to ensure the graphic related applications are being considered.Willingness to participate from inception through production, working with our producers and vendors to create final production ready files.KEY ATTRIBUTES

Experience in a creative agency environment or in-house creative team.Well-versed in all phases of the design and creative process.Bachelor's or Associate's degree or relevant industry experience.Software skills:
-Expert Level Experience in the Adobe Creative suite especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
-Experience with Figma
-Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Nice to have, but not required:
-Experience creating animations for web in After Effects and exporting using Body Movin or Lottie.
-Experience with 3D, especially web-based 3D (Blender, Spline, Bezi).
-Experience with product photography.
-Experience with Illustration.
