In this role, you will serve as the driving force behind our brand & creative strategy and category narrative, shaping how the world perceives and interacts with Omnissa via multiple channels including digital and events to captivate audiences, spark conversations, and drive meaningful connections.You will lead a talented group of individuals that form our creative, brand, digital and events teams. Your ultimate measures of success will be the establishment of a strong Omnissa brand that strengthens stakeholder confidence and generates excitements internally and externally as the industry leading innovator for digital workspace management.Reporting directly to the CMO, this is a remote role within the US with preference of the Bay Area, CA.Omnissa Values and Marketing Team CultureOur values are the guiding principles for the company and our team. Our values define how we are recognized and evaluated in alignment with the contribution or impact to the business.What We're Looking For· Proven experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Senior Director, or a similar senior role in brand marketing, creative services, digital strategies and events with a track record of driving growth and elevating brand affinity in public or late-stage B2B SaaS companies.· At least 12 years of experience in leadership or senior roles across content, creative, events in B2B SaaS, preferable in companies targeting IT persona or cybersecurity· A proven track record of driving measurable results to achieve business growth objectives, elevate executive profiles, enhance the global brand reputation, or build category momentum.· Demonstrated critical and creative thinking skills, with a fearless approach to leading both the company and your team through change & complex challenges.· Open-minded with a flexible operating style and natural consultative approach to gain the trust and respect of individuals at all levels.· Creative, collaborative and resourceful approach to solving problems and identifying opportunities.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience communicating with C-suite and executives· Passion for innovation and a relentless drive to push the boundaries of what's possible.· Exceptional leadership skills with an ability to inspire, develop, and lead a world-class team.· Ability to adapt and thrive in a new role where there is ambiguity combined with a critical need to prioritize.· A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is requiredWhat You Can Expect· Strategy: Develop and execute the corporate brand, creative, digital and events strategy aligned to business goals.· Team Building: Hire, develop, retain, and nurture exceptional, versatile and diverse talent helping them succeed in a fast-paced industry· Creative: Lead our visual storytelling with compelling designs, illustrations, still and motion graphics, and videos.· Brand: Elevate our brand, drive market leadership, and foster robust engagement with our target audiences.· Digital: Over responsibility for the creative direction of all digital properties with direct ownership of Omnissa.com and associated SEO strategies· Events: Develop a comprehensive, metrics driven global events strategy that supports Omnissa’s business objectives, sales goals, and brand positioning. Build strong relationships across other marketing and sales functions. Define sponsorships, partnerships & collaborations to amplify brand· Business mindset: Align the Corporate Marketing mission, structures, methods, budget and resources to achieve ambitious company objectives.
