Areas of focus will include:Own the Industry NarrativeEdit existing content to ensure voice, grammar and style is on point and relates to the Public Sector audienceStay up to date on industry and technology trends to identify gaps in content, recommend new topics, and assess appropriate campaignsWork closely with internal stakeholders to build industry content and ensure consistency in messaging, branding and styleMonitor content performance metrics to better understand what is resonating with our target audience
Be a Staple Partner to SalesClosely integrate with industry Account Executives, supporting the needs of their top accounts and executing regional marketing campaignsDevelop end-to-end scalable marketing programs across the various Public Sector verticals to drive top of funnel awareness and bottom of funnel conversionsCommunicate and educate the sales teams regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional, local, and other related industry programsWork closely with the ADR team to ensure rigorous follow-up of all marketing leads across your sales teamsShare campaign performance data with sales to empower their pipeline generating efforts
Increase Industry Adoption Cross-functionallyCollaborate with cross-functional teams when creating new and updating existing materials, presentations, and/or preparing for marketing activations. You should be able to #makeitmatter, an ability to move with speed and inspire others to do the same.Work with the events team to coordinate both MongoDB big rock programs and identify key industry trade shows that will move the needle across our most strategic accountsWork in collaboration with all key cross-functional stakeholders to create and execute a lead generation plan that delivers significant inbound, qualified leads and pipeline growth for top strategic accountsPartner with peers from other industries and identify cross-industry campaign initiatives to expand adoption and awareness in niche markets

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.MongoDB's base salary range for this role in the U.S. is: $70,000—$138,000 USD
