Key Role Description
This role is responsible for supporting the Wholesale Marketing Department in the Atlanta office on a wide variety of functions. These responsibilities may include daily pricing used for customer sales 15%, database and inventory management 20%, contract management 15%, billing 15%, customer account maintenance (customer allocations, loading support, customer issues) 20% and ad-hoc reporting and projects 15%.

Knowledge of Work Areas and Responsibilities

Flexible and agile in adapting to changes or exploring opportunities and challenges.* Represents the wholesale front office of Monroe Energy to external counterparties* Manage and maintain wholesale contracts and contract process from start to finish* Monitor Ethanol & Biodiesel inventories and communicate need for purchases with Trader* Destination scheduling and nomination responsibilities* Backup origin gas and diesel Scheduler* Update/publish pricing into a pricing system to be sent to external counterparties* Calling customers to process surveys or set up new accounts* Design and implement reports* Monitor day deals, input into Right Angle and manage volumes* Troubleshoot and bring resolution to issues with external counterparties* Coordinate with the billing group to ensure accurate invoicing* Own the setup of new counterparties and terminals* Create presentations* Produce ad-hoc reports* Update inventory levels based on terminal reports* Manage customer product allocations* Provide team coverage as necessary

Experience and Skills
Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related degree* Quick learner, technical and/or analytical background* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.* Knowledge of Power BI* Demonstrated proficiency in all of Role Specific Competencies.
