Arena is looking to expand its Client Service and Marketing team with the addition of an Analyst. This individual will work closely with Arenas investment teams and infrastructure departments, to continue Arenas strong asset growth and institutional client relationships through the production of investment and portfolio-related content and support the teams other data and analytical needs.
This position will ideally be filled out of our Jacksonville, Florida office.
Responsibilities
This individual will serve as an analyst on Arenas Client Service and Marketing team, working on the production and accompanying analysis needed for creation and generation of recurring and bespoke marketing and client materials:
Partner with Arenas Senior Analyst and other team leaders to create content which communicates Arenas views on current market topics, portfolio investments, market outlook, and more timeless investment philosophy.
Assist in production of client reporting and standard collateral production, working with Arenas data and collaborating across functional groups.
Address ad-hoc client, due diligence, and prospective client questions.
Requirements
The individual will demonstrate analytical skills, comfort with data and technology-related execution, attention to detail, and aptitude for client service and sales-related activities.
Candidate must possess the following:
2 years of relevant industry experience or degree in finance/economics from top-tier institution.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills (e.g., analysis and general data management, manipulation, computation, and visualization) including across relevant technology platforms such as Microsoft BI, excel, etc.
Keen attention to detail and strong process management.
Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to work collaboratively across the organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
