$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Job Responsibilities
- Checking all conference rooms on a regular basis
- Test all aspects of rooms equipment
- Hardware power status confirmation
- Battery levels on items like remotes
- Confirm correct functionality of all audio and video features
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues
- Ensure rooms are in good looking order
- Work with facilities to remedy any physical needs of the space
- Utilize monitoring solutions to quickly identify and respond to issues
- Assist users with immediate room issue or needs
- Troubleshoot active problems in person
- Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues
- AV Training
- Hold regular training sessions with the site
- Usage of the equipment
- Best practices
