Job Summary
As an Ad Tech Operations Specialist you will be responsible for supporting all functions related to Ad Tech at Impel which includes client onboarding, ramp-up, troubleshooting, business reviews & performance analysis. Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also be working cross-functionally across multiple teams to play an instrumental role in all Ad Tech related tasks. You will collaborate effectively with vendors to ensure an efficient flow of communication. You will actively participate in efforts to streamline processes & improve products whenever possible.

Essential Functions of the JobSupport cross-functional teams with resources related to client ad campaign setup/supportEnsure all operations are carried out in a cost-effective way (in conjunction with Revenue Operations)Improve operational management processes and best practices by identifying potential problems and working to find solutions in order to increase efficiency and revenueSupport relationships with third-party vendors and contractorsMaintain accurate and organized documentation of Ad Tech processes & best practicesMaintain constant communication with management & vendorsQA digital advertising campaignsSupport technical implementation of campaigns & update documentation to reflect any changes in the implementation processMonitor campaign performance on a daily, weekly & monthly basisAudit campaigns on a regular basis to ensure proactive troubleshooting of campaign issuesOther

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field preferred2+ years professional experience in Digital Advertising OperationsHighly proficient with MS Excel or Google Sheets, Salesforce Sales CloudStrong attention to detail and adherence to process
