The Talent Solutions sales team is seeking a candidate for a temporary assignment up to 6 months for our New York City Office. As a Temporary Advertising Sales Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our recruitment advertising sales activities. Reporting into the US Sales Director, you will work closely with the Talent Solutions sales team to support account growth by managing and nurturing a high volume of transactional business and customer interactions, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and pricing options of job posting packages on Nature Careers to potential clients and collaborating with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
Responsibilities:Manage and nurture a high volume of transactional business and customer interactions, including inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring each customer receives personalized and efficient service.
Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and pricing options of job posting packages on Nature Careers to potential clients.
Develop a deep understanding of the unique needs and requirements of customers from different industries and locations across North America.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM tools.
Provide prompt and insightful responses to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position our services.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:Previous experience in transactional sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English- in Spanish a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse range of customers.
Proven ability to handle high call/email volume while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using digital tools for customer engagement.
Knowledge of the job recruitment industry and a genuine interest in staying informed about market trends.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

US Hourly Pay Range: $35.00 - 55.00. The salary offer may vary based on work experience, education, skill level and equity. The US salary range does not align with the salary ranges in other countries when converted to the currency of that country.
