Marketing Administrative Assistant
$17.70 minimum starting pay
Job Level: Individual Contributor
What You Will Be Doing:
Responsible for preparing Agent Agreements, including TrAC Extensions through the Agency Management System. Provide oversight and maintenance of various Agent Programs including, but not limited to the Office Lease and Office Furniture Lease Programs. Perform various duties to support the Recruiting and Development Program, Marketing Operations, and the Directors of Sales. Complete the annual Agency Administrative Reviews, including reconciling the Agents Premium Fund Account, reviewing premium handling practices in agencies, life policy delivery, and other items added to the reviews in the future. Report results and recommend follow-up actions and/or escalating concerns with audits to Sales Management and Internal Auditing.
