Craft compelling narratives that highlight the unique aspects of our properties and resonate with prospective customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, leasing, marketing, and development to ensure cohesive brand identity and ensure design elements, color and imagery are aligned with Howard Hughes' overall standards and strategy.
Work closely with the marketing team to create high-quality marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and multimedia assets that showcase cohesive and memorable visual experiences for tenants and prospects.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to establish schedules for short-term and long-term projects, plan tasks accordingly, and ensure goals and deadlines are met.
Understand the competitive landscape in the commercial and residential real estate space to differentiate our client in the market and develop materials that are unique and forward-thinking.
Stay informed about current and future real estate trends, innovative industry solutions, retail brands, popular restaurants, and entertainment.
Manage relationships with external creative agencies and freelancers as needed.
Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Ensure alignment with corporate brand strategy and utilize high-level company goals in all creative endeavors.
Partner with local and national leasing teams as well as various economic development groups to promote our communities as the ideal home for businesses.
Oversee client pitches and proposal creations.
About You7+ years of professional experience in branding, marketing, graphic design or related fields.
Strong artistic and creative vision combined with a deep understanding of commercial real estate.
Extensive experience in contributing to and overseeing design and execution of complex integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with an acute attention to detail.
Deep understanding of the media landscape.
Vision for aligning creative projects with the company and project-specific brand missions.
Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working in a highly cross-functional or matrixed organizations combined with a high degree of collaboration in a process-driven environment.
Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, internal clients, influencers, vendors, and agencies.
Self-directed team player with the ability to effectively manage both ambiguity and aggressive timelines for projects in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
Must be deadline-focused, organized, and exhibit problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact and work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments, regions, and time zones.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Creative Cloud or similar.
