Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Face to Face Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in the San Diego Area. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, boost sales, and manage relationships with customers. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, developing and executing promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in a face-to-face/direct marketing environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns Experience using market research and data analysis to inform marketing decisions Experience with social media and digital marketing Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development
