Lead, coach and develop a team of 5+ marketers and designers in the local market for leasing and capital markets.Provide strategic direction with broker teams to identify target markets and develop tailored business development presentations and property marketing campaigns.Collaborate with brokers and team to create and deliver high-quality, customized pitch presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition and services offered to our clients.Ensure professional content and appearance of all material by performing quality control across assigned pursuits, with strong attention to detail.Attend client meetings as needed and offer an exceptional level of service and support.Utilize company marketing technology and global design team to effectively allocate talent and resources, manage workflow and ensure the teams are driving towards a cohesive vision.Create a team environment that empowers and encourages creativity, innovation, accountability and continuous improvement, including professional mentorship, coaching and development of team members.Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative techniques to continuously improve our marketing efforts.Partner with local, regional and national teams to drive core business development and property marketing needs across leasing and capital markets.Implement and promote a best-in-class business development and marketing platform driving revenue growth and client engagement.Oversee and manage digital marketing initiatives, including client website development, social media presence, email campaigns, etc.Skills, Education and Experience:
10-12+ years experience guiding creatives and marketers.Proven track record of leading and managing the development and implementation of creative initiatives.Significant experience and practical expertise in marketing, strategy, and visual design, as well as a high competency for managing a team on the most complex of projects.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills, and a detail-oriented approach to problem solving.Commercial/residential real estate or advertising agency experience a must.Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, design and visual communication, fine arts or a related field.Note:
