The Little Gym of Olympia is looking for a Member Services & Operations Assistant to provide outstanding communication and support to our members in person, via phone, text, and email. This entry-level, part-time role is based at our busy reception desk, making you one of the “faces and voices” of our gym. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, enrolling new members, and assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, supply orders, and event coordination.

What We Expect From You:

1. Learn and communicate The Little Gym’s philosophy and programs
2. Provide superior customer service and create “Wow” moments for members
3. Handle sales calls, texts, and emails, responding to inquiries and enrolling new members
4. Maintain accurate records, process payments, and update databases
5. Interact with children and parents, give announcements, and build relationships
6. Support the Leadership Team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

1. Have excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
2. Are outgoing, personable, and greet everyone with a smile
3. Are detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (Excel/Google Sheets experience a plus!)
4. Can multi-task in a busy environment and love working as part of a team
5. Enjoy working with children and creating a fun, positive atmosphere

Schedule:

• Saturdays: 7:45 AM – 1:30 PM & 2:15 PM – 8:00 PM (with a break)
• Sundays: 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM
• 15-20 hours per week, with potential weekday training to start

Compensation: $17.50 per hour
