Experience Required:

• 4 years of experience in designing data-driven web applications using prototyping software. • 4 years of experience with specialized custom development focused on power pages development within the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module. • 4 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining responsive web applications with modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). • 4 years of proficiency in using Liquid for customizing web pages and integrating with dynamic content. • 4 years of experience in developing high-quality, interactive mockups and prototypes using JustInMind to visualize and communicate UI/UX designs effectively. • 4 years of experience in creating and integrating design assets for web applications, ensuring aesthetic appeal and consistency. • 4 years of experience in building custom applications using model-driven applications, enhancing business functionality within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. • 4 years of experience in automating business processes and creating seamless workflows to enhance user interaction and service efficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Service.  

Education Required:

This classification requires the possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.  

UX/UI design or prototyping software certification.  

Additional Information:

This is a hybrid position. Local residents only. Candidates will be required to complete an in-person live scan (fingerprinting) as part of the onboarding process. Candidates are expected to work 8:00am-5:00pm PST. Note: Candidates will be required to showcase samples of their work during the interview.
