This role is currently hybrid.Job Description:As a UX Designer on our healthcare innovation team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and make a significant impact in the healthcare industry. You will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including product managers, developers, and healthcare experts, to create innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and enhance the healthcare experience.Responsibilities:Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of healthcare professionals and patients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the designs.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX design and healthcare technology.Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that the user's perspective is considered throughout the product development process.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.At least 4+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer.Experience working on healthcare/digital health related projects.Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and the ability to apply them to solve complex problems.Startup experience is a plus.If you are a creative problem solver with a passion for designing user-centric experiences, we would love to hear from you.
