Logistick is seeking a strong, experienced
Marketing Manager
to help develop and manage marketing channels to expand and grow new account relations and grow product sales.
Basic Functions:
Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
Execute marketing strategies and the execution of plans for existing products.
Serve as a partner to sales and product development to determine the viability of potential markets before the production of a product.
Work with product development teams to manage new product development.
Manage launch campaigns for new products.
Manage distribution channels for products.
Ensure effective, branded marketing communications, including the company website, print communication, digital, social and advertising.
Manage media and marketing staff and external PR agencies.
Reporting Relationships:
Reports To: VP of Sales & Marketing
Responsible For: Growing Revenue and Improving Margins through Effective Marketing
Responsibility & Duties:
Develop Pardot marketing tools such as lead generation, email marketing, prospect segmentation, prospect management and building a sales funnel.
Develop Best in class digital, mobile, social media content and influencer strategies.
Report-out on the company's go-to-market strategy, key customer retention, growth within existing customers and the acquisition of net new customers in monthly Strategic Deployment meeting to account for current risks, opportunities, and circumstances.
Stay up to date on emerging marketing trends and best practices and apply them to Logistick marketing and sales efforts.
Monitor customers, market, and competitor activity and reports out to Leadership, R&D and Strategic Deployment.
Drive tight integration between marketing investment and the sales effort supporting those activities, focusing on translation of marketing spend into opportunities for profitable growth.
Develop and lead a multi-faceted marketing and brand strategy that is focused on enhancing revenue opportunities and creating a narrative that drives our compelling safety and sustainability story.
Lead direct reports with one-on-ones, setting and monitoring annual goals, and establishing priorities.
Become an expert in Logistick product offerings and unique selling propositions.
Understand the pricing elasticity of products in our range and recommend pricing repositions to grow business and increase margin.
Manage end-to-end trade show processes, including exhibiting, and merchandising promotions.
Learn and utilize Logistick IT systems and procedures.
Customer service, partnership development and customer retention.
Secondary Duties:
Travel to current or potential customers in a sales and/or support role, including to demo Logistick products, to assist with test loads or troubleshoot customer challenges & concerns.
Periodic travel to Tradeshows and/or exhibits.
Supporting Logistick's product and innovation focus.
Job Requirements:
Insatiable curiosity
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in marketing, business, or engineering. A four-year college degree may be waived as a requirement if there is sufficient experience.
Prior experience in transportation, distribution, or warehousing a major plus.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office 365 as well as CRM knowledge and experience.
Strong project management, organizational and time management skills.
Critical thinker and a problem solver.
Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
Self-motivated with ability to drive projects, but also team-chemistry oriented.

Physical activities and requirements:
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time; ability to work in a standard office environment; may be exposed to outdoor conditions.
Ability to lift to 45 lbs. and install Logistick products, which may require bending, stooping, kneeling etc.
