Let's chat!Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation and TrackingDevelop Marketing Campaigns and track the effectivenessTrack ROI and conversion rates on Marketing CampaignsReport campaign effectiveness to upper leadershipCampaign Development and Execution:Assist in developing marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones;Coordinate and execute marketing activities, including social media campaigns, email marketing, website updates, and online advertising; and,Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.Content Creation and ManagementCollaborate with the leadership team to create engaging content for various platforms such as social media, websites, and email campaigns;Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with guidelines; and,Conduct research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities to inform content strategies.Digital Marketing and Online PresenceMaintain and update the company's various websites, ensuring accuracy, relevance, timely information, and user-friendly experience;Assist in managing social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring; and,Support the development and execution of online advertising campaigns, such as MailChimp or social media ads.Partnerships and EventsAssist in identifying and establishing partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and reach;Coordinate marketing efforts for events, promotions, and sponsorships in collaboration with leadershipCollateral and Print MaterialCoordinate the production of marketing collateral, newsletters, brochures, flyers, and other print materials;Liaise with external vendors or agencies for design, printing, and distribution of marketing materials; and,Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all print materials.Market Research and AnalysisConduct market research to identify customer demographics, preferences, and trends;Analyze marketing data, including campaign performance, customer feedback, and market trends, to identify areas of improvement and new opportunities; and,Prepare reports and presentations summarizing marketing activities, results, and recommendations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Proven Experience (4-5 years) in brand management, lead generation, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the Payments or FinTech industry.Proficiency in digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media management tools, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and web analytics.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, collaborate effectively across teams, and convey concepts to various stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives.Passion for payments, marketing, and creating memorable experiences for merchants
