Job Title:
UI/UX Designer
Location: Remote
What's the Job?
Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of diverse user personas.
Develop information architecture and user flows that simplify complex workflows.
Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for a web-based enterprise application.
Design role-based dashboards that present real-time data and key performance indicators.
Conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and iterate on designs.
What's Needed?
10+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, particularly for enterprise-level web applications.
Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing modern interface designs.
Proficiency in prototyping with Figma and understanding of React framework.
Experience designing accessible interfaces in compliance with WCAG guidelines.
