Job Overview
Xpect Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Unified Communications Specialist
to support our and our Federal Customer's critical mission. The role involves supporting the deployment, operations, and maintenance of Federal Government Telephony Systems across the US. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and daily management of secure voice communications infrastructure in a mission-critical environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your technical skills while supporting our Federal mission.
Travel Up To 75%
Core Responsibilities: Travel to customer sites across the US for site surveys Identify equipment needed for deployment Update trackers for configuration and installation records Install, test, document, and train on new solutions Monitor and troubleshoot EVOIP systems Identify potential issues and respond quickly to minimize system impact Assist with inventory management Support operations and maintenance (O&M)
Requirements: Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of relevant experience with technical certification, or 4 years of experience Comfortable directly interfacing with customers and addressing their needs
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Avaya products, Microsoft TAC, and Power BI
