Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote UX/UI Designer Level 3 to support web and ecommerce user experience programs. In this role, you will work within a team that includes research leads and UX designers. In addition, you will collaborate closely with analytics teams and product management to understand user needs and translate high level customer and business requirements into visual designs.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Information Architecture, Digital Design, Interaction Design is needed 5+ years of experience Candidate should have experience in product development, product design background and working with complex product applications Experience in User flow, Wireframe and Design rationale Versed in UX Deliverable and UI Designing Candidate should be able to work with the cross functional teams Looking for a candidate who can work independently Figma is a must Salesforce platform experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
