Responsibilities include:

7. Keep up to date on what is happening in the market and with competitors.
8. Recruit participants for studies.

Required Skills & Experience

Required:

1. Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
2. Ability to lead small to medium projects independently.
3. Experience with a survey tool such as surveymonkey.com or Qualtrics.
4. Ability to prioritize research findings based on the research questions and strategic importance.
5. Bachelor's or master's degree.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Suggested years of experience: 2-4 years.
2. Degree in human factors, psychology, anthropology, human geography or other relevant subject area.
3. Experience researching AI products and using AI to assist with research.
4. Understanding of the Jobs to Be Done framework.
5. Understanding of the U.S. legal system.
