Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreates and updates sales/marketing collateral, branded lender/pricing sheets, and signage in conjunction with our creative agencies.Acts as liaison to facilitate communications between creative partners, vendors, and Urban Pace on project creative deliverables.Plans and assists in the execution of all web, SEO/SEM, social media advertising campaigns.Serves as gatekeeper to CMS for Urban Pace website and project websites regarding any updates and maintenance.Identify trends and insights to ensure optimization of ad budgets and content performance.Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.Performance ExpectationsMeet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners.Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development.Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities.QualificationsExperience:Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experienceKnowledge and Skills:Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projectsPossess a high-level of energy and ability to multitask.Excellent computer skills and fluency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with email marketing tools.Experience with Google Ad Words and Analytics and Facebook Ad Campaigns.Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.Effective analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.Wage:
$65,000 - $85,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience.Benefits:
