USD $95,000.00 - $115,000.00/Hr.About the Role: Calling all social media trend spotters and analytics deep-divers: Amp is looking for an Associate Director to join our Social Media team. This Associate Director, Social Media and Intelligence will be responsible for leading social media strategies and building programs to deliver actionable social media insights and trends for well-known consumer brands.The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker, a strategic planner, and a skilled communicator with a proven track record of leading social media initiatives from strategy to performance evaluation, and is immersed in today's social media landscape.What You'll Do: Social Media Intelligence (60%):Lead the agency's POV and capabilities for social intelligence (both proactive and reactive), social and cultural trend-spotting, and performance analysis.Develop meaningful measurement frameworks and strategies for evaluating campaign performance analytics based on client KPIs.Build custom social intelligence reports for clients to surface insights on brand health, real-time conversations, trends, and competitive landscape.Lead ongoing social media measurement and reporting, partnering with the analytics team.Conduct research using social listening data to uncover key learnings about categories, consumers, and competitors.Synthesize social media data into meaningful insights, reports, and presentations.Manage Amp's stack of social intelligence tools.Social Media Strategy (40%):Develop winning social media strategies that guide clients' presence on social media channels.Oversee day-to-day work streams for clients including content creation, planning, and community management.Formulate social media campaign plans that reflect client objectives.Partner closely with creative teams to develop briefs.Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction for junior team members.Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across disciplines.Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in social media-focused roles.Track record of planning successful social-first campaigns.Passion for social media with innovative approaches to brand building.Expertise in building measurement frameworks to demonstrate business impact.Mastery of social listening reports and translating insights.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.Proven management skills.Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.About Amp: Amp is a marketing agency disrupting the status quo.
