CTG is seeking to fill a User Interface Designer opening for our client in Webster, NY.
Job Title: User Interface Designer
Location: Webster, NY, Local Candidates only
Job Type: Hourly Consultant
Hours: 9 am to 5 pm M-F
Pay: $47 to $55/hr Based on Experience
Essential Functions:

Support team lead in delivering high-quality design solutions that drive sales.

Seek input from key stakeholders to inform design decisions.

Follow established design systems and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Communicate design solutions effectively to engineers and stakeholders through diagrams, models, and layouts.

Create and maintain design specification documents to guide implementation.

Validate and test designs as needed to ensure usability and functionality.
Other Tasks:
-
Collaborate with the design team to evolve and refine the company’s design system.

Maintain and improve design guides, processes, toolkits, and libraries.
Skills:
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-
Familiarity with design systems and best practices.
-
Solid foundation in layout, typography, and design patterns.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, high-quality work.
Experience:
-
3-6 years of experience in user interface design, visual design, or related fields preferred.

Must provide a portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
Education:
- Preferred: Degree in Visual Communications, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
