Job Description
Sell total Audio Video system solutions to mid to large-size enterprise, education, and government customers within assigned territory. Sales Person will be based out of our New Braunfels office but will focus in the Greater Austin Area.
- “Hunter” mentality; Identify and evaluate new accounts and develop new sales
- Develop and implement customer sales plan and sales forecasts.
- Develop ongoing revenue stream from existing installed base customers.
- Coordinate the bid process, proposal generation, and customer pricing.
- Build customer relationships, make presentations, and provide product support.
- This is a technical sales job and requires the salesperson to be able to converse and work on technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree desired coupled with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Well organized, detail oriented, good to excellent computer skills.
- Ability to handle Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to articulate Audio Video value proposition to customers and prospects.
- Ability to understand clients Audio Video needs, and articulate those needs to a Design Engineer.
- Relevant experience in technical sales (B2B), ideally some experience with Audio Video and/or videoconferencing systems. AVIXA / Infocomm certified CTS is a strong asset
