The Opportunity
We are seeking a Cabinet Designer to help customers bring their visions to life. In this role, you’ll combine design expertise with customer service to create functional and stylish cabinetry solutions for homeowners, builders, and contractors. Whether you have years of experience or a passion for design and are eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team!
What You’ll Do
- Design Custom Cabinetry Solutions: Work with customers to develop cabinetry layouts that fit their space, style, and budget.
- Create Design Plans & Visualizations: Use 2020 Design, AutoCAD, or similar software to produce detailed renderings and project plans.
- Guide Customers Through Product Selection: Assist in choosing cabinetry styles, finishes, and hardware to create cohesive designs.
- Collaborate with Contractors & Installers: Ensure accurate measurements, timely orders, and smooth project execution.
- Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest in kitchen and bath design to provide expert recommendations.
- Build Lasting Customer Relationships: Provide exceptional service that encourages repeat business and referrals.
What You Bring
- Experience in cabinet design, kitchen & bath sales, or interior design preferred—but we’re open to training the right candidate.
- Knowledge of 2020 Design, AutoCAD, or similar design software (or a willingness to learn).
- Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to build relationships and guide clients through the design process.
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
