In this role, you act as a senior client leader, leading a team in the development of Media Strategy & Tactical Media Recommendations, that deliver upon client objectives while striving for a high level of creative media thinking. You will work closely with others across MissionOne Media and BarkleyOKRP client experience teams, and you will partner closely with clients. Qualities include curiosity and skepticism, strategic and creative problem-solving, initiative and accountability, communication and storytelling, adaptability, and self-development. Responsibilities include managing team bandwidth, reviewing and approving team work, managing senior client relationships, establishing strategic vision for clients, creative media ideation, team management and feedback, building internal relationships, integrating with Strategy & Audience teams, using competitive intelligence tools, budget management, client billing support, crafting team POVs, media report review, staying current on media trends, knowledge of media planning tools, leading strategic analyses, driving organic growth, supporting new business growth, maintaining media vendor partnerships, ensuring flawless media implementation, presenting to senior clients, preparing budget recommendations, understanding client business, motivating team, managing client work status, improving team efficiency, evaluating resources, and updating SVP on account status. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 8+ years media planning experience, strategic thinking, knowledge of traditional media channels, team leadership experience, effective communication, passion for media and advertising, strong organizational and mathematical skills, multitasking ability, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. The annual gross base salary range is $120,000 - $178,000 USD, with actual salaries varying based on qualifications, skills, and location. The compensation package includes health insurance options, flexible PTO, life insurance, and 401K.
