Responsibilities:
Develop tailored influencer strategies and campaigns in partnership with account teams across US PR, including presenting annual plans, new business proposals, and growth opportunities.
Create and manage content engines for multi-faceted influencer campaigns.
Stay informed on trends and craft thought leadership pieces for internal and external audiences.
Work closely with account teams to enhance client trust by demonstrating social media and influencer marketing expertise.
Requirements:
At least 8 years of experience in healthcare influencer marketing, including celebrity, macro, micro, patient, and HCP influencers.
Deep understanding of influencer identification, vetting, contracting, and activation within the regulated pharma industry.
Ability to provide persuasive, evidence-based counsel for client communications and marketing strategies.
Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams and managing multiple client accounts.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media and influencer trends relevant to healthcare.
Knowledge of pharma industry rules and regulations.
Proven ability to create content engines for complex influencer campaigns.
Strong prioritization skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

The annual salary range is from $160K to $190K, based on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include performance bonuses, health benefits, 401k match, flexible PTO, and sick leave.
