Responsibilities
Comprehensive Marketing Strategy:
Design and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Manage multiple brands for consistent messaging across all channels
Develop plans to increase revenue for businesses
Digital Marketing Management
Oversee digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid media
Relationship Building
Build and maintain relationships with local retailers, community members, and strategic partners
Contribute to long-term vision through strategic partnerships and innovative activations
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a marketing team to foster a collaborative and innovative culture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Operations, Strategic Sponsorships, and Senior Stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
10+ years of marketing experience; food and beverage or entertainment industry experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agency partners
Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
Competitive compensation ranging from $190,000 to $230,000 annually
