Design wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications for development teams (using Figma)Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to gather insights.Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and promote inclusive design practices.Review development work to ensure it aligns with user experience goals.Stay updated on design trends and provide recommendations for improvements.Collaborate with UX teams to maintain design standards and style guides.Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.What we hope you bring to this role:

Experience with responsive design methods and development of design iterations.Experience designing mobile and desktop applications with creative use of technology.Excellent communication skills, both orally and written, and an ability to build great relationships across the organization.The drive and ability to learn quickly about our domain and our complex technology.Experience with designs that satisfy ADA requirements.The ability to clearly articulate design decisions.Strong visual design sense, with a clear command of interaction design, and usability.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Compensation Range: $90,000-$100,000 per yearThe range of compensation listed here or that may be discussed in the interview process is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
