Job Summary and Description
Develops and writes grant applications in response to federal, state, and local funding solicitations.
Research and identify Federal and Statefunding opportunities that support institutional strategic priorities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop competitiveproposal for submission to funding agencies.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in related field or combination of education, training and experience that equates to the required degree.Two years of related experience.Preferred Education and Experience:
Two or more years of experience writing successful federal and/or state grant applications.Experienceworking directly with and/or collaborating on grant funded projects.Experienceworking with students in higher education and/or K-12 settings.Knowledge andexperience in developing grant project or departmental budgets.Licenses and Certifications:
Must possess a valid driver license and be insurable through the organization's insurers
Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
