1.0Job Summary:
Responsible for marketing activities supporting the Hospitality and Campus Services (HCS) division, including aligning communication efforts with Cleveland State University’s (CSU) mission, goals, and objectives. Oversees robust marketing campaigns, designs marketing materials, drives a social media presence, and ensures marketing brand standards are upheld in HCS areas. Maintains oversight of Printing and Duplicating Department including team leadership, budgetary oversight, and adherence to a culture of service. Assists in overseeing campus vending contracts while ensuring adherence to pouring rights. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field.Three (3) years progressively responsible experience in marketing campaign oversight.Three (3) years of management or leadership experience.Experience in strategic maximization of sales in a retail or sales environment.Ability to work a flexible schedule based on division needs.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working within an Auxiliary Services unit in a higher education setting.Experience working with vending and/or pouring rights.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):Advanced knowledge of marketing and communication strategies across multichannel outlets.Skilled in marketing campaign development and maintaining brand standards.Ability to proactively anticipate division-wide needs and propose strategies to ensure a hospitality-minded response to address areas of opportunity.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong public speaking and presentation skills, and ability effectively communicate change.Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and tackle emergencies and difficult situations.Excellent interpersonal skills, “Customer Focus” attitude, and ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel (advanced knowledge), Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).Requisition Number:
