Position Overview
This position is an exciting opportunity to lead our dynamic consumer (primarily) marketing team to create innovative strategies that drive consumer engagement and business growth at Wilson Electronics. As a senior marketing professional, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and drive the direction of our consumer marketing initiatives. If you are passionate about leveraging marketing to connect with customers and drive results, this role is perfect for you.
Requirements
5+ years experience in a similar role. Bachelor's degree or related experience in Marketing or Business Administration Experience managing a team. Experience in branded DTC consumer marketing, ideally in electronics and/or telecommunications Experience with consumer research Experience launching new products across all channels Strategic communications planning as well as tracking and reporting across channels Previous responsibility in owning and managing all paid earned and owned channels Creative GTM experience identifying new strategies and channels to build business Ability to work creatively and resourcefully with limited budget Capability to orchestrate multiple simultaneous programs and channels across cross-functional teams and outside vendors Strong sensitivity to effective creative execution and nuance in the details Knowledge of managing vendor contracts and outside agencies
