We are seeking a proactive and analytical SEO Executive with a minimum 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques, with a particular emphasis on off-page strategies. As an SEO Executive, you will be instrumental in driving organic traffic, enhancing online visibility, and contributing to our overall digital marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of website structure and performance, ensuring adherence to SEO standards, identifying technical issues, and optimizing for search engine crawling and indexing.
• Develop and implement effective off-page SEO strategies, including link building, social media marketing, guest blogging, and influencer outreach, to enhance domain authority and search engine rankings.
• Acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites through ethical practices, such as creating valuable content, engaging in industry forums, and fostering relationships with key influencers.
• Collaborate with the content team to promote engaging and shareable content across various platforms, increasing its reach and attracting natural backlinks.
• Conduct thorough analyses of competitor backlink profiles and off-page strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO-specific software to track, report, and analyze the effectiveness of off-page SEO efforts.
• Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Academic requirements may be relaxed for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills.
• Proven 2+ years of industrial experience with case studies on SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Solid understanding of link-building strategies, including the ability to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in off-page SEO.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Salary and Benefits:

● BDT 30k – 35k BDT per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
